1. Where is olive oil produced in Spain?
Olive oil is produced in almost all provinces of Spain, except Anturias and Cantabria, in northern from Spain. The most cultivated varieties in Spain are: picual, cornicabra, hojiblanca and arbequina. These are the most widespread, mainly throughout most of the geography. However, many other varieties can be found throughout the Spanish geography, areas and varieties that give different and unique oils.

In other countries there are no other varieties of interest. The whole Mediterranean basin is a producer of olive oil.
