The lechin variety is widespread in Andalusia, mainly in the province of Seville and to a lesser extent in Cordoba, Cadiz, Malaga and Almeria.

The variety lechín gives a soft and fruity extra virgin olive oil. In tasting we appreciate its aromas of freshly cut grass and dried fruit.

This variety is ideal for pairing salted fish such as anchovies, tomato salads, soups, poultry, pasta dishes and desserts.
