In the first place, extra virgin olive oil loses qualities with light, temperature and oxygen, so we must consume the bottle once it has been bought and consume it once it has been opened. It should be kept in a cool place and away from a light source, as these are the factors that deteriorate the oil.
Likewise, this is the extra virgin olive oil from our cooperative, also located in Jaen. Therefore, here we can certify and assure more the quality and of all the process that has suffered the olives from the collection until it has been bottled, since being partners we allow ourselves to have a great control of this cooperative.
