Also, there are hundreds of olive oil cooperatives and mills in this area of Andalusia. For this reason, we work with several mills and cooperatives which produce extraodinary extra virgin olive oils.

a) Germán Baena Cooperative:
The Germán Baena Cooperative, located in the same municipality of Baena. This cooperative produces oils with and without denomination of Origin. In this group we have included their oils that are not protected by the denomination of origin.
b) La Purísima de Priego de Córdoba:
This cooperative is located in the municipality of Priego de Córdoba. Also, this cooperative produces olive oils with oils with and without denomination of origin. In this category we have included the oils with no denomination of origin.
c) Knolive:
The knolive oil mill is another of the best oil mills in the world. Since its oils are more and more recognized.
We are currently working with these cooperatives, but we will be incorporating more.
2. Characteristics of Cordoba
On the other hand, Cordoba, a territory where history has left its mark on its landscape. Baena: The peculiar characteristics and high quality of the oils of this region are protected under the Denomination of Origin of Baena. In this region are several varieties mixed among them, picudo, picual, hojiblanca and others, so these oils are a natural coepage.
Priego de Córdoba: Priego de Córdoba is today the most advanced area of Córdoba, with prestigious oils such as those of the Empiedro of the cooperative La Purísima de Priego de Córdoba. In this area we find mostly the varieties of olives picudo and hojiblanca, being the oils of this region a natural coupage of the varieties previously mentioned.
In this category we have included the oils of these cooperatives that have not passed the control of the Denominations.
4. Where to buy oil from Córdoba, Spain?
Extra virgin olive oils produced in Cordoba are common in many brands. One of the best-known oil brands is supplied from large quantities of oil produced here. This brand is hojiblanca.
