Benefits of the program
Horchata is a completely vegetable drink with great nutritional value. It is rich in vitamins (B1, C and E), monounsaturated fatty acids, oleic acid and other beneficial components such as phytosterols, minerals and essential amino acids (arginine). Tigernut milk helps us to maintain normal cholesterol levels, helps us to digest.
Recommendations:
Ideal to take very cool in summer. It can also be taken all year round as a milk replacer.
Preparation:
Mix one part concentrate with four parts very cold water in a bowl. Stir and serve very cold. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume it within three months.

Once the tigernut milk has been opened, store it in the fridge. If it is well closed, from my experience it can last a month perfectly, although I have left it longer, and it was still as good.
If we want the horchata more or less concentrated, add more or monos horchata to the mixture. If we freeze the horchata, small balls can come out, which would be the fat of the tigernut milk .
