Thyme honey has little tendency to crystallize, but when it does, it takes on a coarse granulation.
Like all honey, thyme honey has a great antiseptic capacity and is recommended for the prevention and treatment of respiratory and digestive diseases, as well as inflammatory respiratory diseases, whooping cough and asthma.
