Artisan blueberry marmalade
A very dark, almost black coloured jam. Its thick texture is ideal for spreading toast and making desserts. This jam is made with completely natural ingredients and following an artisan recipe.

Blueberries (66%), sugar and lemon juice.
Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, natural pigments (anthocyanins and carotenoids), fiber and minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and manganese.
Vitamin C promotes the absorption of iron from food, improving and preventing iron deficiency anaemia. The natural pigments, anthocyanins and carotenoids, which give cranberries their characteristic colour, have antioxidant power together with vitamin C. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, slowing the aging of our body and reducing the risk of degenerative diseases, cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Cranberries are rich in fiber and are used to treat constipation and intestinal atony. Potassium is used in the transmission and generation of nerve impulses during muscle activity.
Blueberry jam is recommended as an ingredient in cakes or ice cream and to accompany poultry dishes, with duck breast and soft cheeses.
