A red coloured jam with a slightly thick texture, ideal for spreading toasts. This jam is made with completely natural ingredients and following an artisan recipe.
Ingredients and allergens
Red tomato (66%), sugar (33%), lemon (0.50%), clove (0.25%) and vanilla (0.25%).
Tomato jam contains a high content of antioxidants and lycopene, a natural compound that neutralizes the free radicals produced in our body, slowing down the aging process and reducing the risk of cancer. In addition, lycopene reduces blood cholesterol and the incidence of cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease.
Great source of vitamins: vitamin C, another antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals; vitamin A that defends the body against various infections of the mouth, throat, nose and eyes; vitamin B, promotes digestion and opens the appetite, and vitamin K, essential for blood clotting.
Rich in minerals, such as potassium and iron. Potassium helps muscle contraction and iron, necessary for the synthesis of hemoglobin. It contains coumaric acid and chlorogenic acid, which counteract the negative effects of tobacco and prevent urinary tract infections and gallstones.
