Artisan apricot jam
An amber coloured jam with a slightly thick texture, ideal for spreading toasts. This jam is made with completely natural ingredients and following an artisan recipe.
Ingredients and allergens
Apricot is a fruit that contains mainly carbohydrates, fibre and to a lesser extent proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Among the vitamins, its high concentration of vitamin A, carotenes and antioxidants, all of which strengthen our body and protect our skin from the sun’s rays, stand out.
Apricots provide considerable amounts of folic acid, vitamin B2, B1 and B5, as well as potassium, essential vitamins and minerals for our body.
The apricot honey is ideal in the use of pastries (cakes and muffins), also to give a very special touch to roast pork, white fish, sauces and fresh cheese sauces and pastries.
Another of its uses is in the toast of the breakfast accompanying the coffee.
