Red pepper (66%), sugar, lemon and vanilla.
Pepper is rich in vitamin C and promotes the absorption of iron, calcium and other amino acids. The licipone together with vitamin C and beta-carotene are antioxidants that eliminate the negative effects of free radicals, slowing down the aging of our body and preventing degenerative diseases, such as cancer.
Pepper jam is recommended as an accompaniment for meat, game, fish, and salad dressings.
