A glass jar filled with Rosemary high quality raw honey. Honey soruced from local spanish beekeepers.
a) New Harvest
Rosemary honey is harvested from late April to early summer.
b) Aroma
Its aroma is not very intense and of medium persistence, more camphoric the more rosemary it contains, together with floral tones. When tasting it you can appreciate an intensity of its aromas, which apart from its sweet taste, has no other taste contributions.
c) Crystallization
This honey crystallizes quickly with a fine granulate if it contains a lot of almond pollen or thick if it is rich in radish.

This hoey is indicated as a liver stimulant that favors the decongestion of the liver and for people with digestive and vesicular insufficiencies. It is also indicated for stomach ulcers and dysmorrhea. However, this rosemary honey is not recommended for people with high blood pressure.

The rosemary honey of La Alcarria is packaged in a glass jar that when crystallized can take on the surface white colors due to its natural crystallization.
The honey is usually put two years of preferential consumption, but if well preserved, endures a lifetime.
If said honey is crystallized and we want liquid, we must put it in the bain-marie. Once liquid, leave it in a warm place to delay its crystallization.
