The extra virgin olive oil of Castillo de Canena is a powerful, balanced, persistent and slightly bitter and itchy extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. In the mouth, the intensity of its fruitiness is characterized by notes of almonds, artichokes and tomatoes. On the nose, touches of fresh olives, green banana peel and green grass.
