In the mouth, the intensity of its fruitiness is characterized by notes of almonds, artichokes and tomatoes. On the nose, touches of fresh olives, green banana peel and green grass.
Castillo de Canena’s biodynamic extra virgin olive oil of the picual variety is ideal as an aperitif with a little bread. It also goes very well with salads, dressings and sauces where you want to give a more obvious touch in the dishes.
It is an agricultural method that goes one step further in caring for the environment. It follows the same step as organic farming, as it does not use any chemical products, but all the raw materials used for the maintenance of these fields come from the area.
