Handmade cherry marmalade
A very dark red marmalade with whole cherry chunks that turns black and tastes a bit acidic. This jam is made with completely natural ingredients and following an artisan recipe.
Ingredients and allergens
Acid cherry (63 %), sugar (36 %) and lemon juice (1 %).
Gluten-free, free of colourings and preservatives
The cherry is a fruit rich in beta-carotene, anthocyanins, vitamins C, E and minerals (potassium, magnesium, folic acids and fiber).
Cherries have great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and help reduce the risk of diabetes.
Cherry jam is ideal for breakfast toast and goes well with cheese, yogurt and cakes.
