This honey crystallizes quickly with a fine granulate if it contains a lot of almond pollen or thick if it is rich in radish.
This honey is indicated as a liver stimulant that favors the decongestion of the liver and for people with digestive and vesicular insufficiencies. It is also indicated for stomach ulcers and dysmorrhea. However, this rosemary honey is not recommended for people with high blood pressure.
