Artisan lemon peppermint marmalade
A green marmalade. Its texture is thick with pieces of lemon peel. This jam is made with completely natural ingredients and following an artisan recipe.

Lemon pulp, rind and juice (64,85 %), sugar and peppermint.

Lemon is a fruit rich in citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and bioflavonoids. Citric acid helps us to digest. Calcium is ideal for strengthening our bones. Peppermint lemon jam is great for sweetening natural yogurt, toast. It also goes well with fish, fresh and semi-cured cheeses.
