1. Characteristics of Hacienda Real fresh oil
Extra virgin olive oil bottled in plastic (PET)
This oil is only available during the production season, from mid-November to the end of February. When unfiltered and decanted, it will leave large deposits
Hacienda Reals extra virgin olive oil is a soft, balanced oil, with a great taste and very little spiciness and bitterness. In the mouth it is characterized by its intensity of fruitiness, with notes of apple, rosemary and tomato. On the nose, touches of green grass, rosemary and almond peel.
Hacienda Real’s extra virgin olive oil is ideal for use in raw salads, dressings and sauces where soft and fruity touches are sought. Due to its high turbidity, we recommend only for crude oil.

b) Additional information
Hacienda Real extra virgin olive oil is losing qualities with light, temperature and oxygen, so we must consume the bottle once purchased and consume it once opened. It should be kept in a cool place away from a light bulb.
This extra virgin olive oil is unfiltered so it will be leaving sediment throughout the weeks. We recommend this oil when it is freshly milled, for the months of December and January. Afterwards, it is better to take it in a tin or glass, as it is better preserved in these other containers.
