Avocado honey has a high moisture content of around 18% and is very tare when crystallised.
Avocado honey, like all honeys, has bactericidal, moisturizing and antiseptic properties. Specific components of avocado also provide diuretic properties and is highly recommended for people suffering from constant fatigue and anemia, due to its high mineral content, including iron.
Orange blossom honey is ideal for sweetening sweets and ice cream. Its pairing is very good with poultry.

Once this process is done, keep it in a cool place to avoid its new crystallization.
The honey is usually put two years of preferential consumption, but if well preserved, endures a lifetime.
