The Luis Benito extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is ideal for use in raw salads, dressings and sauces where you want the flavour of the oil to stand out and in stews, roasts and stews. Together with the cornicabra variety, the picual is the most suitable for frying due to its high stability and high amount of antioxidants.
