The extra virgin olive oil of El Cortijuelo de San Benito of the picual variety is a strong, balanced oil, with a great taste, a little itching and bitterness. In the mouth it is characterized by its great intensity with marked touches of olive and artichoke. On the nose it has aromas of green grass, tomato leaf and banana peel.

The extra virgin olive oil of El Cortijuelo de San Benito of the picual variety is ideal for use in raw salads, dressings and sauces and in stews and stews, where the oil is intended to play an important role.
