The extra virgin olive oil of the picual variety of Martin de Prado is an oil that is characterized by its strength and personality. With some bitterness and spiciness, it presents some fruity nuances of fresh wood and tomato. More lightly we find aromas of almond, apple and banana.
It is one of the oils that has greater stability against oxidation and high temperatures.
