Characteristics:
Handmade utensil to remove the stone of the olive in a fast and effective way.
Elaboration of the table olives:
The olives for their dressing must be picked up before they turn purple or black, with the exception of the olives from Baja Aragón, which wait until they turn black. Once harvested, the pits are removed with this pitting machine and they are washed in water until they lose their bitterness. At this point they are put in brine for conservation.
How to use it:
The de-stoner is placed on a table, an olive is placed in the device, the lever is pressed and this one removes the stone of the olive.
