Duque de Baena’s extra virgin olive oil is a soft, balanced oil with a great taste and very little spiciness and bitterness. In the mouth it is characterized by its intensity of fruitiness, with notes of apple, rosemary and tomato. On the nose, touches of green grass, rosemary and almond peel.
Umbrión’s extra virgin olive oil of the cornicabra variety is ideal for use raw in salads, dressings and sauces where soft and fruity touches are sought.
