1. Our raw arrayan honey
Firstly, we show you the most important characteristics of Myrtle honey:
The honey of Arrayán has a not very dark amber color.
In tasting, its great soft and persistent aroma is appreciated with fruity notes that remind us of this shrub.
c) The myrtle bush
The Arrayán, “Myrtus communis” in its scientific name and coming from the family of the Myrtaceae, is a shrub native to southeastern Europe and North Africa that can reach up to 5 meters in height. The Arrayán is a medician plant, and is cultivated for ornamental and commercial purposes, because of the salt a very aromatic oil used for perfumery.
d) Flowering and harvesting
Arrayán flowers in spring, so its honey is harvested for late spring and early summer.

2. Benefits and properties
Myrtle honey has properties common to all honeys. Its common properties are its bacterricidal and disinfectant properties. For this reason, honey helps to cure the following discomforts:
Constipation and throat infections. It helps to cure them
Wounds: Favors a quick healing and without mark.
Specific components found in the Myrtle Nectar enhance its disinfectant power. In addition, this honey is rich in antioxidants and brings vigor to the body.
Also, we want to emphasize that honey helps. According to European law, the only products that cure are drugs. Although most of the components of them, are found in nature.
Myrtle honey is a soft and very aromatic honey for dishes, where you want to give it a special and persistent sweetness. We recommend this honey for infusions and for confectionery.
Myrtle honey has a fairly rapid crystallization with a fine grain size.
