1. Our raw arrayan honey
Firstly, we show you the most important characteristics of Myrtle honey:
a) Color
The honey of Arrayán has a not very dark amber color.
b) Aroma
In tasting, its great soft and persistent aroma is appreciated with fruity notes that remind us of this shrub.
c) The myrtle bush
The Arrayán, “Myrtus communis” in its scientific name and coming from the family of the Myrtaceae, is a shrub native to southeastern Europe and North Africa that can reach up to 5 meters in height. The Arrayán is a medician plant, and is cultivated for ornamental and commercial purposes, because of the salt a very aromatic oil used for perfumery.
d) Flowering and harvesting
Arrayán flowers in spring, so its honey is harvested for late spring and early summer.

2. Benefits and properties
Myrtle honey has properties common to all honeys. Its common properties are its bacterricidal and disinfectant properties. For this reason, honey helps to cure the following discomforts:
