1. Honey to make homemade creams

Here as in other articles we want to give you a recipe so that you can make your own natural cosmetics home. We recommend that you use quality ingredients, in the case of honey, raw or pure honey.

a) Shampoo and conditioner:

  • Ingredients:

– 4 tablespoons raw honey

– Fresh water

Instructions for use:

– 2 teaspoons raw honey

– 2 teaspoons milk coffee

Instructions for use:

Mix two teaspoons of honey with two teaspoons of milk. Once well mixed, spread over face and neck. Wait about 10 to 15 minutes and finally rinse with plenty of water.

Exfoliating Milk:

Exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin with this superb exfoliator.

  • Ingredients:

– 2 teaspoons raw honey

– 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Instructions for use:

Mix two teaspoons of honey, two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix well, and apply the mixture to your skin. Wait as long as possible and then wash with plenty of water.

– Beeswax

– Extra virgin olive oil

– Raw honey

a) Face cream:

For the elaboration of this cream we need:

– 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

– 1 tablespoon raw honey

– 1 spoonful of lemon juice.

  • Method of preparation:

Mix all the components in a bowl

  • Use:

Once we have washed the face, spread the cream on the skin. Wait with it for 20 minutes and then wash your face again to remove any remaining cream. You will see how your skin is soft, clean and hydrated.
