1. Selection of the best EVOO cocktails

Among the best and easiest cocktails that you can prepare with extra virgin olive oil, we have the following:

a) Guadalquivir

In memory of one of the largest rivers in Spain, we have this fantastic cocktail with ingredients that are easy to find and very healthy. A delicious cocktail with which you will surprise your guests.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of fino de Jerez wine.
2 tablespoons of gin flavoured with olive oil of the hijiblanca variety.
1 spoonful of natural lemon juice
3 spoons of homemade pine syrup.

Preparation:

Fill the shaker with ice. Then add all the ingredients. Then shake the shaker vigorously to mix the ingredients well and finally, serve in a cocktail glass to which we have added some river stones taken from the freezer with some pine leaves.

b) Daiquiri with a hint of picual and banana

Another delicious cocktail to prepare in a simple way is our famous daiquiri. We give this delicious cocktail a very healthy touch with picual oil and banana. Therefore, you can get down to work, and prepare such a cocktail with the following ingredients.

Ingredients:

2. tablespoons of natural lemon juice.
4 tablespoons of aged rum
1 and a half tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil of the picual olive variety
3 spoons of white sugar
Half a ripe banana
A few leaves of fresh mint.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients except the mint leaves in a bowl with the ice and whisk at maximum power. Once everything is finely chopped, it is ready to serve in a cocktail glass. Finally, add some mint leaves to each glass and you are ready to enjoy it.

c) Mediterranean roots

A cocktail that will remind you of the fantastic Mediterranean nights, the smell of jasmine and the sweetness of figs.

Ingredients:

10o ml green tea, black tea, grated coconut, fresh fig and jasmine flowers.
50 ml of cornicabra extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.

d) Arbequina espresso martini

Finally, we leave you with this other fantastic recipe to get the most out of extra virgin olive oil, our MArtini expresso de arbequina cocktail. Not for being the last one is the worst, but one of the most delicious that you can’t miss.

Ingredients:

5 spoons of espresso coffee
1 spoon of white sugar
2 spoons of natural lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Introduce all the ingredients and add liquid nitrogen. Stir vigorously and it is ready to serve in a cocktail glass.

So, as one can see, delicious cocktails can be made with extra virgin olive oil.
